15/11/14: November only now seems fully in session following the monolithic Frost Festival super-party held by Out on the Dock last Saturday.
The cavernous film-set like basement of East London’s grand Tobacco Docks were thrown open and filled with revelers who’d come to submerge themselves in the coming-together of some of the biggest club nights on the scene.
With a huge line-up of affiliated DJ talent to boot, a walk through the seemingly endless maze of intimate lit spaces representing featured clubs also saw attendees encounter a plethora of entertainment spaces: a cabaret room, the Bear pit, Girls Room and the necessary R’n’B arenas.
Detours were punctuated with larger sound stages where the outrageous, eccentric and outright sexy performances kept coming.
A big thank you to East Bloc, Trade, Blocheads, Handsome, Crash and Ghetto – not to mention all their representative deck-spinners and depraved, on-stage teasers – for a formidable night of fun!
