It’s West 5! It’s a beautiful sort of tudor building down a nice sleepy residential street in Ealing. Well, it WAS sleepy. Until West 5 opened there! Now you’ve got got hot twinks on all fours at bus stops and Drag Race queens stumbling around the Co-Op smashing bottles of WKD blue. Speaking of Drag Race queens, Pandora Boxx is performing there on the 12th! We love her song “Nice Car (Shame About Your Penis)”. Lolz.

The glitz! The glamour! The gays! Head down to KU Bar in London’s sizzling Chinatown district, for all that and more. The bar men look like they’ve fallen out of a Bel Ami movie. If you don’t get that reference, Google “Bel Ami”. And make sure you do it at work, with all your colleagues watching. Yes. The great thing about KU is its universal appeal. It’s impossible to hate, because it’s so gorgeous. A bit like Naomi Campbell.

Right, this Friday at the G&D they’ve got everyone’s fave fried spud Baga Chipz, who was born at ‘Fatty’s’ chip shop in Slough. Daughter to gypsy travellers Kaz and Dave, the family travelled the country – until one day they opened their first ever chip shop ‘A FISH CALLED RHONDA’. Baga served chip shop grub behind the counter from the age of seven whilst also working on the waltzer’s at Pat Collins fun fair before moving to Londond to pursue her ultimate aim to become ‘Queen of the Battered Sausage’ and cabaret starlet. If that doesn’t make you want to go see, we don’t know what will.
