Every week hundreds of fit lads flock to Vauxhall for Friday nighter Fitladz. Over the past few years the night has evolved from its origins as a sportswear/cruise club to what it is now – a full on dance night with added play space pleasures. If you haven’t got your rocks off at Fitladz and shook yer ass out on its dancefloor, you’re seriously missing out. Promoter Steve Darragh speaks to QX…
Which celebs or sports people would be on your dream Fitladz guest list?
We’d start off with everyone’s fave royal – no not Kate, well not for these purposes! It’s Prince Harry and we’d shuffle him in discreetly through the back entrance. [cough cough!]
Second, we’d add none other than Britney’s boyf Chad Cole. She certainly has great taste in men and hopefully will pop along with him and keep the ladz interested at the bar while we get Chad going upstairs!
Tom Daley still gets us all wet and is maturing into an even nicer young man. You could say his entrance would make a big splash! [groan!]
Everyone loves a footie player especially at Fitladz, those shorts, those socks, those sweaty… I need a lie down in a dark room! We could choose many but have opted for the spoonable Anton Hysén. [And even better he’s one of us! Whoop!]

Finally, and by no means least, the epitome of sex appeal, Danny Dyer. Proving that age is no barrier to sexiness Danny can jump to the front of the queue any week!
Fitladz started as a sportswear/chav/scally night but has since grown into what it is now, with an emphasis on dance music…
Yes, Fitladz did begin with the emphasis being on sportswear and favouring the chav/scally look, but it soon grew so successful that it now encompasses all types of ladz and all tastes, although I’d say it still appeals largely to the 18-35 bracket. What has remained the same is its Friday night timeslot and the promise of a great place to go to meet other ladz, no attitude, great music and a horny atmosphere. The dance element is very important now.

What have you got coming up at the club?
The Fitladz membership parties are on the 17th and 24th January where if you turn up you can receive your Gold Member card for free. Normally these are £10. Benefits include discounted door entry, free entrance on your birthday, free entrance to the Saturday parties, drinks offers and more.
