While cabaret lovers across the land await the return of live shows at their favourite queer venues, pub quizzes are reigning supreme. At least we have some form of human interaction to look forward to now and then. It beats sitting at home watching the news and wondering how Boris Johnson actually dresses himself in the morning?
One of our fave, filthy drag creatures Baby Lame is hosting easily the best named quiz night of the lot; Quiz On My Face runs at The Glory every second Tuesday. The team are doing everything they can to bring you that unique Glory spirit whilst also adhering to government guidelines and putting customer safety first, so please do pop in and support them if you can, and spread the word amongst your pals.
Baby Lame says:
“Listen… I hate quizzes as much as everyone else does – actually I think I probably hate them more! So I’ve had to get ‘creative’ with rounds on ‘Quiz on My Face’ – where else would you find ‘name the animal sex noise’, or ‘guess what’s on the nappy’? This is a quiz revolution – I’ve heard Bojo is even looking at a nationwide rollout! To be fair he’s made far more confusing choices this year hasn’t he?”
